OUR APPROACH

The firm has extraordinary experience regarding managing and resolving employment issues. But that is just part of our contribution to the success of our clients. Our philosophy includes:

  • Respectful but relentless advocacy for the client. This means approaching matters with genuineness, sincerity and common sense such that the opposing parties are inclined to work collaboratively toward a solution.

  • Creative and strategic problem-solving designed to reach a “win-win” for all parties rather than the more typical “I win, you lose” approach.

  • Remaining aware of and focusing on an effective long-term solution rather than just the short-term goal.

  • An empathy for and in-depth/inside understanding of the stresses and challenges in today’s academic, health services, non-profit, and business environments.

Together, these give the Arden Ornt firm the advantage of being able to develop unique solutions to old and new problems.
